just wanted to take a moment and let you know how nice it was to have First
Coast help me with my Rental needs. I was looking to rent an apartment until I
could find a place of my own to buy and being new to the Jacksonville area, I
was not so sure where I wanted to live just yet. First Coast was able to get me
into an apartment immediately. Within days!!! I was surprised to find you had
such nice condos available for rent in very upscale neighborhoods at affordable
prices. I had been looking for a while and visited many places and I was amazed
at the beautiful brand new condo I was able to rent. The amenities are beautiful
and I would highly suggest to anyone I know to utilize First Coast to find the
very best place to live. The best part is.....I have a large dog and I wanted to
find a pet friendly neighborhood. Spike loves her new home and all her new

relocating from Pennsylvania and I haven't had any luck with finding a place.
Becky has been very helpful and has made herself available to help when I need
her. This move has been very stressful and Becky has definitely made things a

I had plans to move into an apartment on a Monday and had to be out of our
college living by the Sunday before. We were all packed up when we were informed
that our apartment wouldn't be ready for 10 more days. I stumbled upon First
Coast Rentals Finders online. Blakely and his staff were all very sympathetic
and eager to find us a home. God divinely had a condo waiting for us at First
Coast Rentals from a renting situation that had fallen through. We were able to
move in the next day. Blakely was available every time I called and was quick to
return any missed calls. He met with us after hours to give us the keys and move
us in. He was genuinely concerned to find us a home that suited us and found it
for us within minutes. Then he had us moved in the next day! This company was
such a blessing to me and I will recommend it to everyone looking for a rental
home. They truly cut down the frustration and stress in looking for a place and
really cut down the hunt time. They do the work for you and do it for free! I am
